COKE CARTON by James Neil Hollingsworth

I mentioned in a previous post that my paternal grandmother was a big time Coca Cola drinker. I just can’t see a bottle without thinking of her! Apparently my father made his ‘fun money’ as a kid turning these in for the redemption value. I see at the top right that these are, in fact ‘money back bottles!’

  1. I agree – looks like glass and looks like a photo down to the slightly crinkled cardboard. I love having to take a second look at this style to check if it’s really a painting or a photo! This is one of those look-twice-to-check-ones! Love it!
